Fluoridation Blitzkrieg

Hardly a day seems to go by without hearing about another unfortunate town being targeted for fluoridation. It is almost as if Tom Reeves at the CDC, Mike Easley at his propaganda institute at the University of Buffalo, and various minions at the ADA, sit around a huge map of the USA and throw darts to find their next targets. They continue, oblivious to the fact that at the last election their efforts were bloodied in nearly every city where a vote was held.

The Absurdities Of Water Fluoridation

This Practice Is Unethical, Unnecessary, Ineffective, Unsafe, And Inequitable.
Any So-Called Expert On Fluoridation Who Thinks Otherwise Is Invited To An Open Public Debate On This Issue

Water fluoridation is a peculiarly American phenomenon. It started at a time when Asbestos lined our pipes, lead was added to gasoline, PCBs filled our transformers and DDT was deemed so "safe and effective" that officials felt no qualms spraying kids in school classrooms and seated at picnic tables. One by one all these chemicals have been banned, but fluoridation remains untouched.

Fluoridation: My Irish Tale

My Irish tale began in early September, 2000, when I received a phone call from a very pleasant lady from the Emerald Isle, one Nessa O’Dougherty. She told me that she worked for the Irish Ministry of Health and that the Fluoridation Forum set up by the Ministry to investigate the water fluoridation issue was anxious to hear from scientists, like myself, who were known to be opposed to fluoridation.

The Big Lie: Fluoridation Helps The Poor

Time and time again, promoters of fluoridation - from the US Surgeon General down to the local dentist - have told an unsuspecting public that the reason we have to fluoridate public water supplies is because it is an "equitable" thing to do. We are told that it helps all people, regardless of income, and provides much needed "dental care" to the poor.

This argument is, of course, very powerful emotionally, as most people want to do what they can to help the poor, particularly children. It is, however, another example of the "Big Lie".

The "Fuzzy Math" Of Fluoride Promotion

Many of you may have probably heard the term "fuzzy math" before. It is a term used to describe a somewhat controversial method of teaching math where the answers do not have to be EXACTLY right. But at the very least, they are supposed to be close. Unfortunately, many of those promoting the practice of water fluoridation would fail to meet even these basic "fuzzy math" guidelines, with methods better described as "hairy" than "fuzzy".
