It is my mission to provide you with the latest breakthroughs in health, important new trends and discoveries, and the true facts behind today’s hot health topics. I want to help you become informed about many aspects of your health.

Founded in 2002 by Nicholas Regush, ABC News medical science producer and author of Second Opinion, Red Flags has grown to be one of the most trusted health news sites on the Internet.

While some purveyors of health information insist they are not biased — even though they accept advertising dollars from drug companies — how can you be sure?

We don’t accept any advertising — never have. Our team of highly talented investigative journalists and health care professionals are committed and passionate about giving you the real story and unvarnished facts behind today’s hottest controversies in health. This unique web site lets you quickly separate real substance from all the medical science “hype.”

I invite you to become a Red Flags member today — join the Premier International Health Newsmagazine Site.

Hello Friends and Subscribers:

I hope that you are enjoying the summer. Here at Red Flags, it has been invigorating to spend time away from our daily work and to examine the long-term focus of the site.

As I have previously explained, Red Flags cannot survive on our current memberships alone. The existence of the site, therefore, depends on our ability to successfully attract a new and larger audience of like-minded readers, specifically those interested in complementary and alternative medicine. To achieve this goal, we have spent July and August conducting market research to learn more about the needs and interests of such readers, including professionals working in the field of complementary and alternative medicine, and developing strategies for reaching them.

While the subject matter is a natural extension of the Red Flags mission, we have quickly learned that the transformation cannot be accomplished in a few weeks. We have been forced to make the difficult decision to keep Red Flags in its current holding pattern, without posting any new material, until we have finalized the specifics of repositioning the site.

Rest assured that none of our monthly members have been charged beyond August 1. Our annual members will have two months added to their subscriptions. All members will have complete access to every area of the site, even though there will not be any new material until further notice.

Thank you for your understanding as we take the time necessary to prepare Red Flags to better serve your future interests.
